Elana Lee Graham is a native Las Vegan and a 2006 graduate of the University of Nevada, Reno, where she was a scholarship athlete on the women’s soccer team and elected team captain by her teammates her senior year. After college, she worked as a legislative attaché for the Nevada Senate during the 74th session of the Nevada Legislature.

She received her law degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law, earning a Dean’s Award at graduation. After graduation, Ms. Graham served as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Jennifer Togliatti in the Eighth Judicial District Court in Clark County. She also served as the Intergovernmental Relations representative for the Eighth Judicial District Court during the 76th session of the Nevada Legislature.

Ms. Graham then joined the criminal division of the Clark County District Attorney’s office. In that capacity, she has prosecuted hundreds of misdemeanor and felony cases in District Court and Justice Court. Ms. Graham has prosecuted over 20 felony jury trials and argued before the Nevada Supreme Court three times.

Ms. Graham is active in her community and she is the President of the Caroline Graham-Lamberts Loving Life Foundation, a local non-profit raising funds for pediatric cancer research and community health. She also serves as a regular volunteer for Family Promise. In her free time, Ms. Graham enjoys spending time with her two children, husband, and many nieces and nephews.
